12/23/10 — Finally wove in the ends… and gave it to its intended recipient! She loves it :D
11/17/10 — Finished the knitting. All that’s left is blocking and weaving in ends. And for the record? It’s huuuuuge! 12” diameter before blocking!
11/14/10 — Cast on tonight. Worked in 1×1 rib for the band (instead of St st) for about 8 rows, increased to 144 sts, then switched to size US#7 needles. (My coworker has a large head. [Her words!] Other Ravelers said this hat was on the larger side… but just to make sure, I went up a needle size.)
