12/29/11 — Frogged. Too big to be functional.
12/27/11 — Made the brim in rev St st (for ~24 rnds) on size US 5 needles and then worked in garter st on size US 8 needles for 9 inches before starting decreases… And this hat came out larger than any other one I’ve seen on Ravelry so far. Hmm. Not complaining, just confused.
12/26/11 — First time using the twisted German cast-on. I like, I like! Very similar to the long tail cast-on but sproingier.
