Syncopation
03/29/2014 — These should have been bound off last weekend but I had to fly to a week-long conference and saved the binding off for when I returned. So here we are! Used Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind-Off and the socks are finally off the needles :D The Boyfriend™ loves ‘em even though they’re a teensy bit big. They’re currently going through the wash and will be dried on a low setting. The intention is to have them shrink ever so slightly! Then they’ll be perfect.
03/16/2014 — Trying to decide how long to make the leg. My guy doesn’t want tall socks but can’t decide how far up the leg they should go. I may just knit until I run out of yarn :P
03/10/2014 — Starting the gusset. I’m in no hurry to make these socks (boyfriend’s birthday is in mid-April) but as soon as they’re off my needles, I can begin working on my teenage cousins’ shawlettes! (I have to finish this WIP before I start others because then nothing will ever get done >_<)
03/08/2014 — Finally found some time in which I could cast on and begin these socks! The Boyfriend™ really likes the way the yarn is knitting up. He loves the color. (I think it looks like chocolate.)
03/03/2014 — Going to make these toe-up and two-at-a-time to ensure identical socks. Using the basic structure of Time Traveler Socks but following the Syncopation Socks pattern.
